Each year, the Department of Education assigns letter grades to schools, and this year we are thrilled to announce that White County Central Elementary has earned an A grade, and White County Central High School has received a B grade from the Department of Education! Two years ago, both of our campuses were rated a D. Today, we are proud to share that our latest grades reflect significant growth and progress. This transformation is a direct result of the dedication, resilience, and hard work of our students, educators, staff, and families. We are grateful for every effort that contributed to this achievement and remain committed to continuous improvement. Thank you to everyone who played a role in this success. Together, we are building a stronger future. If you’re looking for a quality education, remember that the freedom of choice application period ends on May 1st. Don’t miss out—get those applications in and give your child the opportunity to be part of a school that is on the rise! WCC has reached new heights. Let’s keep moving forward!
