
Auditions for Tinker Bell have been moved to Tuesday, March 1. They will be held after school from 4-6 in the high school Commons.

Due to continued poor road conditions, White County Central will not be in session on Friday, February 25, 2022. This will be an AMI day for inclement weather. We are aware of the power outages in parts of the district and teachers will be flexible in regards to when those assignments will be due to them, if this was the problem in your home.

The 2A Central Regional Basketball at WCC scheduled for Thursday has been postponed until at least Friday. Stay tuned for updates.

WCC will be out for inclement weather on Thursday, February 24th. This will be an AMI day. Stay warm and safe.

Parents, due to the fact that the weather system has arrived before the predicted forecast, White County Central will be dismissed at 11:20. Buses will be leaving between 11:30-11:45.

Preschool will dismiss when K-12 dismisses. All PreK students need to be picked up by 12:15.

Due to the impending winter weather, we will be dismissing early today. K-6 car riders will begin dismissal at 11:45. Buses will leave campus at 12:15 today. Devices will be coming home with your student. Announcements for tomorrow will be made at a later time. Stay safe and warm!

Due to impending weather and potentially hazardous travel conditions, the regional tournament is postponed for Wednesday, Feb 23.
For those who have bought tickets, your tickets will still be good when tournament resumes.

Just a reminder that there is parent/teacher conferences tomorrow,Thursday,February 17. Students will be released an hour earlier than usual. Conferences will start at 2:45pm and end at 7pm. We hope to see you there!!

Thursday, Feb. 16. Clarification on dismissal times for tomorrow. Dismissal times for all grades tomorrow will be an hour early than what it is usually. If you have any questions please call your child's office. Enjoy your evening!

Don't forget tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 17, students will be released early for p/t conferences. K-8 will be released at certain times. Principals and teachers for K-8 sent those times home. 9-12th grades: buses and car riders will be released at 2:20. P/t conferences for all will start at 2:45pm to 7pm. At tonight’s school board meeting, the board voted to immediately lift the mask mandate for White County Central. Masks will be optional to all students, teachers, and visitors on campus.
Isolation guidelines for COVID positive cases will remain the same (5 day isolation followed by 5 days wearing a mask or a 10 day isolation if you choose not to wear a mask or are unable to wear a mask after testing positive for COVID).

WCC Elementary Parents/Guardians: Just a reminder that tomorrow and Friday are the last days to turn in orders and money for the Valentine Grams. Forms will be sent home with students K-6th grade again tomorrow in case you have lost them or need more. Grams will then be given out to the students PreK-12th grade on Monday the 14th.

Bus 7 (Mr. Farris/Mrs. Parish), Bus 12 (Mr. Jones), Bus 4 (Mr. Clouse), and Bus 14 (Mrs. Altom) will again be running snow routes tomorrow. We think on Thursday we should be able to run most of our complete routes.
