It’s going to be a SWEET day of learning!
📖 Literacy: After reading Chocolatina, students will write descriptive haikus about their favorite chocolate or candy and let classmates guess their sweet treat!
➗ Math: We’ll conduct a Chocolate vs. Candy survey, tally our results, and turn them into fractions. Students will identify numerators and denominators using real-life data.
🔬 Science: Our Hot Chocolate Experiment will help students observe how heat changes matter using marshmallows and cocoa.
🎨 Art: Students will create chocolate-inspired masterpieces using watercolors, pastels, and mixed media.
Hands-on learning + creativity + chocolate = the perfect February adventure! 🤎✨

Juniors will be taking the ACT free of charge here at school this Thursday, February 26th! Please make sure your student gets a good night's sleep and is here for testing! We know they will do great!
